Where do your products come from?
- We ship from our partnered factories located in China. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing.
Do you ship worldwide for free?
- Yes! We are proud to inform you that we offer worldwide standard shipping for ll most all products FREE.
- Please understand that some of our partners may charge additional free. However, we currently do not offer expedited shipping because we prefer to avoid high import taxes they charge to our customers.
Why don't you accept my currency?
- Right now we're able to show dozens of global currencies to give you a sense of how our prices convert into other currencies. We're working to implement new payment systems that will allow us to accept not only different currencies, but also dozens of different regional payment systems. So while the content of your cart may currently be displayed in your local currency, we process all orders in USD at the most current exchange rate.
How long does shipping take?
- Processing time: Our fulfillment partner fulfills orders within 1-4 business day (Mon-Fri), a timeline which does not include Weekends or Holidays.
- Shipping time: US orders take usually take 5-15 business days to deliver after processing and leaving the warehouse, but can take longer from time to time.International delivery usually takes 10–30 business days depending on the location.
- IMPORTANT: Any customs or import duties are charged once the order reaches its destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the order.
I have received only part of my shipment, where are the other items?
- We have numerous warehouses so frequently we'll be shipping items separately from multiple locations. If one item comes, don't worry, everything will arrive!
Do you provide tracking?
- Yes! We provide tracking information on almost all orders. You can find the tracking information for your order on the order lookup form. If you need any help regarding the status or your order, please email us with your name and order number.
What if my order is lost in transit?
- All our orders are protected by our Order Insurance. If your order does not arrive to you or gets lost in transit, we can certainly issue a full refund for your purchase, resend the item to you, or issue you a store credit.
Do you ship worldwide for free?
- If we are contacted within 12 hours of your order, we can provide a full refund! Unfortunately we are currently not offering returns or exchanges unless there are defect(s) in the product(s) and it is brought to our attention within no later than a week! So please make sure you are ordering the correct item, and color. We are working hard to provide refunds in the future. We will also issue refunds on items damaged in transit, if we are unable to replace that item.
Will this item get to me before_______?
- Although shipping takes 13 till 23 business days in most cases, if you plan to give one of our items as a holiday or occasional gift, we cannot guarantee that the items will reach you in time as shipping couriers are busier during the holiday season and may take longer to ship your item to you. It may reach to you earlier than specified or it could be a few days late. Therefore, there is a risk of the item not arriving on time. We are not held responsible for items that do not arrive before specified dates as this is not something that is in our hands. Thank you for your understanding.
