Refund Policy

Since Brands for Trends is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished and the product is sent. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our site. Please note that our bonuses are offered on behalf of our respected partners and are not an issue for a refund or chargeback.

However, we realize that exceptional circumstance can take place with regard to the character of the product we supply.

To begin initiating a return, within 14 calendar days of delivery, please return your item to our address below and reach out to our customer support team at info@brands-for-trends.com to confirm the return.

  • Return not the new, unopened items to us within 14 calendar days of delivery.we will provide you with a new address
  • Simply contact our support team at inof@brands-for-trends.com if you have any questions regarding your return.
  • For any product valued over $50 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
  • Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the email receipt.
  • Please be considerate when placing your order to choose the correct size, color, etc. of your product to avoid any returns for exchanges.
  • Due to the custom made nature of some of our handmade products we can not accept returns/exchanges or offer refunds for any handmade item.
  • Cannot accept returns via rejected or refused packages, abandoned packages, and packages returned outside of the designated return process (Please see above for designated return process).
